1. Return Eligibility:

   • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
   • To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and without any signs of additional wear.
     
     

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Due to hygiene and quality control, items marked as “final sale” or discounted items cannot be returned.
   • Any item that has been used or altered from its original condition is not eligible for return.
     
     

3. Return Process:

   • Contact us at hello@prelvdbycla.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
   • Please include your order number and reason for the return. We may request photos of the item to confirm its condition.
   • Once approved, we will provide a return address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
     
     

4. Refunds:

   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
   • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
     
     

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

   • If you receive an item that is damaged beyond the condition described, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, if available.
